How do I know my size?
Each item has a size guide in the description. All products are designed to European sizing, which is comparable to the USA, UK and Israel regular size guides. This means that you should order your size as you best know it, unless you are looking for a slightly bigger or baggier size then you should order up.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and following correspondence of how to track your item, if you have not received any communication, please email at Services@PromiseState.com to let us know and we will share with you all tracking information.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once the item is fulfilled, processed and dispatched, the standard delivery times are required before receiving the product.
USA: 5-7 days
Europe: 7-9 days
Israel: 9-15 days (increased delay times due to the war)

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with defects we will either refund your payment or replace your item free of charge. If the item requires to be returned we will provide a shipping label, and customer service will provide further information on this process.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We offer returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return or exchange an item.
